It is the ultimate way to get fit, have fun and lose the fat for everyone!

The Boogie Bounce Xtreme program is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND EXTREMELY FAT BURNING (Lose up to 800 calories per class-Yippeee!). It is a complete exercise class on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to pumping music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section at the end!

Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most explosive fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.

​What to expect when doing a Boogie Bounce class:

The class is 50/60 minutes long and is designed to promote a ridiculously fun, party like atmosphere with inspiring music. You will laugh, sweat, bounce, meet new people and have a fantastic time all while working out and gaining all the amazing benefits Boogie Bounce provides to your health and well being.

FAQ:

What should I wear/bring to a Boogie Bounce class?

I recommend wearing leggings, short trousers or shorts. Don’t forget your trusty sports bra as bouncing will be a plenty J. The best way to bounce is bare foot or with non-slip socks. As sweating is guaranteed please bring a towel and plenty of water!

I have an injury or health issue, can I still come to class?

Please let me know in advance about your injury or health issue so I can advise you before class. As with any exercise activity I would always ask you to consult your doctor beforehand, as I want to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying yourself in class.

I have not worked out in a long time, will I be ok in class?

Absolutely! Every fitness journey begins with a single step or in this case bounce J so with all my classes all shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome. I will make sure to show you before class how to do the basic bounce so you can take the class at your own pace. Just remember every time you do Boogie Bounce you will become stronger & stronger so have faith in yourself, invest in your health and let me help you reach your fitness goals. I am here to make sure you feel confident coming into class and motivated to keep going.

🌟Please meet my dear friend & client Annemarie Finnegan

This beautiful lady has been with me since I started BBX over 7 years ago. I call her my Mascot as she rocks up to EVERY class each week, howls and whoops at the top of her lungs, encourages all the clients to 'keep going' and treats everyone like she's known them for years. She is an amazing client and an amazing friend🙂

''Don’t hesitate and don’t think twice, just do it. Get down to Emma’s Boogie Bounce class and transform your life. Life takes over and we don’t take time for ourselves, we worry and we’re stressed. Well, now is our time. Emma welcomes everyone at the door with open arms. It doesn’t matter how fit or unfit you are, just be prepared for a whole hour of fun, smiles and tears of laughter. Bouncing on mini trampolines, let Emma and her girls, Linda and Gwen, take you to places you’ve never dreamed of! We skip, slide, shimmy and swim, we ski, soar, float and fly, we run, jump, walk and stroll. We Breathe! But primarily we dance, from ballroom dancing to the Irish jig, and everything in between. Routines to suit everyone. Music to suit us all. We jump like a frog for a basic bounce, for the whole class if we wish, or we dance the routine along with Emma, listening to her instructions and shouts of encouragement. The music takes us on an adventure and the disco lights help make it happen. The room is electric. Did I mention body conditioning? For the last 10 minutes of each class we work our core, our arms, our legs, bums and abs! We stretch it all out to finish off, The sweat pours down our faces and we’re feeling pretty good! . Emma calls everyone by name and we’ve made a friend for life! We leave the class reluctantly, humming along with Bob Marley as he assures us not to worry about a thing! And we go home counting down to our next big bouncing adventure!

✨Honest Post Alert ✨

Depression affects over 350 million people worldwide. I am not embarrassed to admit that I have battled with anxiety & panic attacks since I was young.

I know most of you have probably heard that exercise can help you feel better, but I don't think many people realize how effective exercise really can be on both depression and anxiety.

When I reached my twenties the panic attacks got worse and so I decided to visit my doctor as I couldn't take them anymore. I was told that anti-depressants would be the only 'cure' and 'relief' for me. I remember walking out of the clinic and looking at the side effects thinking they sounded much worse then my panic disorder. I broke down in tears, threw away the tablets and decided there must be another way...

....That's when I found Boogie Bounce and my life completely changed. As each week of teaching classes went by the less I had panic attacks and the happier I became. Today I can proudly say I have not had a single panic attack in over 2 years and I am the most content I have ever been.🙂

Exercise is the most underutilized anti-depressant out there and I would urge anyone having a hard time to come to a class and feel how amazing your life can change for the better.
